Solaxia Online is built around its community. These guidelines exist to ensure a positive, welcoming, and safe environment for all players. By using our game, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to follow these guidelines.

Be Respectful

  • Treat all players with respect, kindness, and consideration.
  • Do not harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other players.
  • Do not use language that is hateful, discriminatory, or offensive based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other characteristic.
  • Respect the boundaries of others. If someone asks you to stop, stop.

Keep It Safe

  • Do not share personal information about yourself or others, including real names, addresses, phone numbers, or financial information.
  • Do not attempt to solicit personal information from other players.
  • Report any behavior that makes you feel unsafe to our moderation team.

Play Fair

  • Do not use cheats, hacks, bots, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software.
  • Do not exploit bugs or glitches. Report them to us instead.
  • Do not engage in real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items, currency, or accounts.
  • Do not share, sell, or trade accounts.
  • Do not intentionally disrupt gameplay for others through griefing, scamming, or other malicious behavior.

Communicate Responsibly

  • Keep in-game chat and communications appropriate for all ages.
  • Do not spam, flood, or excessively repeat messages in chat.
  • Do not advertise, promote, or solicit in-game or in chat without permission.
  • Do not impersonate other players, staff members, or any other individuals.
  • Do not spread misinformation or false rumors about the game or other players.

Respect the Game

  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the game client or server.
  • Do not interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
  • Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or gain an unfair advantage.
  • Follow any additional rules or guidelines posted within specific areas of the game.

Content Standards

  • Player-created content, including character names, must be appropriate and not contain offensive, hateful, or sexually explicit material.
  • Do not create content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in actions including, but not limited to:

  • A warning from the moderation team.
  • Temporary muting or chat restrictions.
  • Temporary suspension of your account.
  • Permanent ban from the Service.

The severity of the action will depend on the nature and frequency of the violation. We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate to maintain the integrity of the community.
